Holiday sweater

Hello!

I finally have my over -sized sweater! :) Remember I have been looking for one for some time now? This may not be that oversized but it is pretty large on me and feels so soft and luxurious!I loved the holiday print on it and grabbed it as soon as I laid my eyes on it!

A sweater like this is a perfect pull-on with your jeans and boots-ready to go and cozy!Dress it up with hoops and a string necklace as I have and go soak in the holiday spirit! :)

Sunset Latte

During fall, I get addicted to the pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks. Throughout the year, besides the occasional chai latte or hot chocolate, I don't drink much coffee-used to be a coffee addict some years back! Now I am a tea person(actually I always was one)!I love a typical concoction of Indian ginger tea!Especially in the mornings when it's nice n cold and cloudy, and am sitting all wrapped up, warming my hands around my tea mug(yes, I have a ginormous tea mug!) with my pretty Ginger curled up near my toes. It's a state of happiness! :). Yes, I have become a football and basketball fan too!:)

Anyway, I have this habit of going off on a tangent..sometimes I can just rattle off..hmm..where was I..? Coffee! So, ya, bad habit drinking coffee during the sunset hours-I wouldn't recommend it, but that's what I have been doing exactly!Keeps me awake at night sometimes yet I do it!

Went for a quick bout of shopping for household items, grabbed my latte and this is what I wore for the errands :) .Simple. My good old Mia boots are out!

Those boots again!

Yes!I love these boots of mine..They've been so versatile and comfortable throughout last fall and winter and they're still so apt for this spring. That's why I've been able to do so much with them!

Here I'm pairing them with a simple belted floral shirt dress which I fell in love with, the moment I lay my eyes on it. Anything floral, and I'm sold(most of the time)! What is your favourite floral number? :)

One shirt, four ways

I have been wearing my favorite plaid button down in different ways. Here are a few ways I have been sporting it around. I have layered it with a simple V neck sweater(and added a bow to it ;) )-(remember how I've used bows earlier?? :) see this and this ), worn it with a military jacket, layered it with a racer back underneath and worn it tucked in a skirt. As I ponder on life and important things, Ginger's having a ball at the doggie park. She gets me thinking, all she needs is food, the occasional bone, play time and lots of love. Aah the simple uncomplicated life-nurturing and living the little precious moments. Everything else seems vain. The world's so materialistic..I could give it all up..Hmm...I'm wondering..Even if I give it all up, can I still keep the shoes?? :)..Huh..its a materialistic world and being a shoeaholic makes it even worse!
