A yellow pencil skirt offers exciting new ways to experiment. I wore mine with a black satin top that seems polka dotted but is really mini-starred. A bright orange tote to up the power quotient, some polka dotted d’orsay pumps and pearls to finish, this is how I dress it up! :)
